About The Workshops

Workshops are held four times a year in the Netherlands
We share all the recipes on our recipe pages. All proceeds of the workshops  go to Stichting Resources for Schools in Papua and are taught by Marlôt Fliers. We will post the workshops on this page and our social media pages. We introduce 4 recipes each workshop. Each workshop new recipes will be introduced. The idea is that you learn something different each time. Marlôt has researched many dishes of the different islands of Indonesia and would like to share the diversity and specialty of each region expressed in food. Be ready for new flavors and yummy food.
