Ze zijn gemaakt zonder suiker, maar smaken toch enigszins zoet dankzij de rozijnen.<\/p><p>De ontbijt energie rondjes zijn een goede combinatie met je favoriete ontbijt smoothie. Je kunt de suiker overslaan en in plaats daarvan deze gezonde havermout rondjes eten. Ze zijn voedzaam en vullen je maag. Het kan een snack zijn voor gedurende de dag of soms neem ik ze mee in mijn reistas, wat me geld bespaart bij de kassa van Starbucks.\u00a0<\/p><p>In tegenstelling tot een ontbijtreep, die zacht en taai is, zijn deze havermoutrondjes aan de buitenkant knapperig en aan de binnenkant zacht. Als je geen noten eet, kun je de amandelen overslaan. In plaats van rozijnen kun je gedroogde pruimen of gedroogde kersen gebruiken.<\/p><p>Variaties en vervangingen? Wil je yoghurt toevoegen voor extra calcium? Gebruik in plaats van banaan, yoghurt of lactosevrije yoghurt. Om het zoeter te maken, bestrijk de rondjes met honing voordat je ze in de oven doet.\u00a0<\/p><p>Hoe bewaar je de ontbijtrondjes? Ik bewaar ze in een bakje en houd het in de koelkast, als dat niet beschikbaar is, bewaar het dan in een koele ruimte.\u00a0<\/p><p>Woon je alleen? Je kunt ze een paar dagen bewaren. Ik heb altijd een nieuwe badge klaarliggen.
