Iemand vertelde me na het proeven van een van mijn glutenvrije broden dat er altijd een nasmaak is. De uitdaging is dus om een brood te bakken dat net zo heerlijk smaakt als een brood met gluten. Is het de bloem? Glutenvrije bloem kan gemaakt worden van aardappelen, ma\u00efs, erwten, rijst, tapioca, amarant en gierst. Afhankelijk van welk merk je gebruikt, heb ik er verschillende geprobeerd en mijn favoriet is Bob's Red Mill. <br \/><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4621 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/eatsimpleextraordinary.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/gf-sample1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"250\" height=\"250\" srcset=\"https:\/\/eatsimpleextraordinary.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/gf-sample1.jpg 350w, https:\/\/eatsimpleextraordinary.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/gf-sample1-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/eatsimpleextraordinary.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/gf-sample1-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/eatsimpleextraordinary.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/gf-sample1-255x255.jpg 255w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 250px) 100vw, 250px\" \/>De andere optie is om je eigen glutenvrije meel te maken. Begin bijvoorbeeld met rijstmeel, ma\u00efsmeel, aardappelzetmeel of tapiocameel en kijk hoe dat uitpakt. Er zijn talloze recepten online die je kunt proberen.<\/p><p>Mijn pompoenbrood bevat pompoenkruiden en kaneel. Kaneel heeft ontstekingsremmende eigenschappen, bevat kalium en staat erom bekend goed te zijn voor hart, hersenen en huid. Het beste aan kaneel is de smaak. In dit brood geeft het een heerlijke sterke en toch zachte smaak.<\/p><p>Dit pompoenbrood is zuivelvrij en gemaakt met olie, kokosolie, het beste voor bakken. Als je veganistisch bent, kun je de eieren vervangen door 1 eetlepel witte (gemalen) chiazaadjes en 1 eetlepel lauwwarm water. Je kunt ook appelmoes gebruiken. 1\/3 kopje zou voldoende zijn.\u00a0<\/p><p>Als u gewone suiker niet lekker vindt, kunt u deze vervangen door kokossuiker of monniksfruit. Andere populaire gezonde suikervervangers zijn Stevia en Swerve. Lees hun instructies om te zien wat het equivalent is voor 1 kopje suiker.<\/p><p>Je kunt dit pompoenbrood 2 dagen bewaren. Doe de overgebleven plakjes in een luchtdichte bak of ziplock zak. Uit mijn ervaring is pompoenbrood erg populair en zal er nauwelijks iets overblijven. Je huis zal heerlijk ruiken. De geur zal je smaakpapillen prikkelen.
